What kind of drawing works best?
Bold lines and clear shapes cut best — faces, animals, names, monsters and houses all work brilliantly. Very faint pencil or fine cross-hatching is harder to capture, so a felt pen or marker drawing is ideal.
How do I send the drawing?
Upload a photo of it on the product page before you add to cart. Lay the drawing flat, use good natural light, and get the whole thing in frame. A phone photo is perfectly fine — no scanner needed.
Can I add a name or a date?
Yes. Add it in the order notes at checkout and we'll cut it in alongside the drawing.
What is it made of?
Brushed stainless steel, roughly 4–5 cm across. It won't rust, fade or peel. It comes with a split-ring keychain and a gift box.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide. Two options at checkout: Standard and Insured. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.
How long does it take?
Each keyring is made to order once your drawing arrives, so it takes longer than an off-the-shelf item. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships, and we'll tell you if anything needs longer.
Can I return it?
Because each piece is custom-made from your own artwork, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. Your statutory consumer rights still apply in full: if it arrives faulty, damaged, or doesn't match the drawing you sent, we'll remake it or refund you. Email hello@skribld.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo.
Can I order more than one?
Yes — add one to your cart per drawing, so each keyring is matched to the right artwork.
