Refund policy

Every Skribld keyring is custom-made from your child’s own drawing, so we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

You’re fully covered by your statutory consumer rights. If your keyring arrives faulty, damaged, or doesn’t match the drawing you uploaded, we’ll remake it or give you a full refund. Email hello@skribld.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Because each piece is made to order, please double-check your uploaded drawing and any personalisation (names, dates) at checkout — we make exactly what you send us.
